Request for Digital Scan form (PDF format)

Please note that in some cases we may not be able to scan due to the fragile condition of a book, page or image. The condition of the item is determined by Archives staff.

Items are scanned at 300 PPI unless otherwise specified on your order form.

Delivery through email and RowdySpace is available in some cases. Patrons may provide their own storage media (CD or DVD); otherwise, media will be provided by the Archives.
