Photocopies

All photocopying is subject to the approval of the Archives or Special Collections staff. Copying decisions are based upon preservation and copyright concerns. Materials larger than 11" x 17" cannot be photocopied, but may be photographed. Staff will not photocopy entire published works that remain under copyright.

The fee for photocopies is $0.25 per page. A handling fee of $5.00 per order is charged for all orders that must be mailed out. No handling fee is charged for orders picked up at the Archives.

If the material is to be faxed, the following charges apply per order: no charge for local area codes, $5.00 long distance, and $10.00 overseas.
