Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for the completion of orders. The time between when an order is placed and when it is completed depends upon the volume of orders being placed and the type of service requested. Orders are completed in the order in which they are received.

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Rush orders will be completed in 2 business days, for a fee of 20% of the pre-tax order total. $10 minimum.

You will be contacted by Archives or Special Collections staff when your order is ready. Processing time does not include mailing time.
