Off-Site Collection Request Form

The University of Texas at San Antonio Libraries Special Collections provides access to material at two locations. Rare books are housed on the 4th floor of the John Peace Library at the Main UTSA Campus. Manuscript and university archives materials are located at the HemisFair Park Campus in downtown San Antonio. Materials may be requested at either location with the following guidelines:

• Please request materials 3 business days in advance
• Only 4 boxes may be requested per week
• Off-site materials are kept on hold for two weeks
• You will receive an email from Special Collections staff when your materials are ready for use

Please enter your name, email address, phone number, collection title, box numbers, date needed, and access location in the areas provided below. Requests will be processed by staff in a timely fashion.
