Provides bibliographic references and abstracts of life science journal literature. The database includes citations to articles about agriculture, biochemistry, biomedicine, biotechnology, genetics, botany, ecology, microbiology, pharmacology, and zoology. Coverage is international and begins in 1980. Updated regularly. Citations Only

ERIC (UTSA subscription)
Provides citations and brief abstracts to a wide range of education related literature including journals, conference proceedings, books, federal and state documents, bibliographies, directories, curriculum guides, instructional resources, and audiovisual media, from 1966 to the present. Some full text links. Updated monthly.

Health Source: Nursing (UTSA subscription)
Features full-text scholarly articles from more than 520 journals in the medical sciences. Coverage of nursing and allied health is especially strong. Also featured are abstracts and indexing for over 560 additional publications. Dates of coverage vary. Updated frequently. Full Text

Professional Development Collection (UTSA subscription)
Provides a specialized collection designed for professional educators, covering topics from children's health and development to cutting-edge pedagogical theory and practice. Includes indexing and abstracts for more than 500 titles with full-text for over 400 journals. Dates of coverage vary. Updated twice per week.

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection (UTSA subscription)
Provides full text/full image for over 400 scholarly journals, many of them peer-reviewed. Topics covered by the database include emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry and psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods. Dates of coverage widely vary, with most articles were originally published from the mid- and late 1990s to present.Full Text/Full Image

ScienceDirect (UTSA subscription)
Indexes international research literature on sport, physical fitness, and physical education topics. The database offers comprehensive coverage of literature pertaining to sport, sports medicine, exercise psychology, biomechanics, psychology, training, coaching, and related disciplines. SPORTDiscus includes over 565,000 citations and adds more than 20,000 new citations annually. Journal coverage dates to 1975; coverage of theses and monographs dates to 1949. Updated regularly.

SPORTDiscus (UTSA subscription)
Provides full text/full image access to approximately 700 journals published by Elsevier Science. Indexes and abstracts articles from more than 1,100 journals in the life, physical, medical, technical, and social sciences.
