PrintSmart UTSA in the LibraryLocation of printersJPL: Two printers are located in the Library Electronic Classroom/Lab, JPL 3.02.32 and three printers are in the Reference Computer Area on the JPL 2nd floor. Downtown: Three printers are located in the Reference Computer Area. PriceEach student receives an allocation of 200 free pages at the beginning of each term. After the 200 free pages are used, it costs 8-cents/page black and white, single-sided and 12-cents/page black and white, double-sided to print. Faculty, staff, and guest patrons will be charged 8-cents/page black and white, single-sided to print. The FAQ page has more information regarding student free pages allowance and prices for printing. Problems?Staff are available to change toner, add paper, and check on print jobs that are taking a long time. You can help by notifying the Reference Desk of any problems that occur. Steps you can take to avoid printing problems:
Note: UTSA is not responsible for printed jobs or pages within any jobs not intended by the patron. UTSA will issue credit only for unreadable pages printed when the toner is low, or when there is a paper jam. Please ask library staff for assistance. |
