Graduate Study Room Policy

The John Peace Library has two designated graduate study rooms, one for group study and one for quiet study.

Locations

The graduate study rooms, JPL 3.01.56 (Graduate Group Study Room/African American Reading Room) and JPL 3.03.56 (Graduate Quiet Study Room), are located on the 3rd floor of the John Peace Library. These rooms are open at all times for use by graduate students.  There is no need to check out a key for either room.

Guidelines
 

• Please sign in when you use the graduate study rooms.
• Please abide by the UTSA Libraries Food and Drink Policy in the graduate study rooms.
• The quiet study room is for quiet study only.
• Keep the rooms clean.  If a room is not clean, please notify the Front Desk, and we’ll see that the matter is taken care of as soon as possible.
• If you need to use the whiteboard, you may borrow erasers and dry erase markers at the Front Desk.
