Videoconference Room Policy

The John Peace Library videoconference room is located in JPL 3.03.54.
How to Reserve the Videoconference Room
All videoconference inquiries and scheduling should be referred to Robert Granado, Assistant Director of Videoconference Operations, Academic Technology Office. More information is available on OIT's videoconferencing and interactive TV website.
Procedures
- Rooms are locked upon completion of every scheduled event.
- Power switch to the videoconferencing equipment is turned off at the end of each day.
Problems with Equipment
Between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays call Academic Technology at (210) 458-4520 or email Robert Granado. If a problem is reported outside business hours, a library staff member may call the Academic Technology Office in the BB at (210) 458-5897.
