Carolyn applies various usability methods, including strategic observation and surveys, in order to monitor and improve the user experience in the UTSA Libraries. She provides reference and research assistance at the JPL Information Desk and via chat, and works with staff to ensure a high level of customer service. Carolyn coordinates and participates in student engagement activities and works with the Libraries’ partners in the Information Commons. She has a strong interest in new technologies and is always looking for new ways to make visits to the library as productive as possible for all users.
