Lucretia provides professional development in effective teaching practices to faculty, students and staff. She has over 10 years experience in working with faculty in higher education. She has had many roles in higher education from ePortfolio Coordinator to Associate Director for Instructional Technology. Her research interests include the use of mobile devices for learning and changing pedagogical practices through the use of technology with faculty in higher education.

Lucretia supports faculty with services that include assignment consultations, classroom observations, quick course diagnosis, teaching philosophy development, course/syllabi redesign, and award packet support, to name a few. 

Lucretia holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching with an emphasis on Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Houston Baptist University.
