Information Services and Student Engagement
Mel is responsible for providing high-level research and information assistance to patrons at the JPL Information Desk and through the Libraries’ chat service. She can assist patrons with general research needs, including assistance locating articles and books, help with citations, and basic library and campus information needs. Mel also participates in Library student engagement activities, including staffing Information Fairs and offering library tours.
