Join us for this hands-on session to help you document your academic career in the Faculty Career Portfolio (Digital Measures).  This training will focus on the most effective ways to input details regarding your accomplishments for your official Annual Report, used each year to determine your salary merit increases. The information in Digital Measures is secure and preserved for future use in applying for tenure and promotion.

Sandy Welch

Vice Provost for Accountability and Institutional Effectiveness

Sandra T. Welch is Vice Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and a Professor of Accounting. She earned her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and also maintains her CPA license. She teaches financial accounting and fraud investigation. The latter is the subject of her primary research and the majority of her publications. She assisted with the development of the Digital Measures system at UTSA, and is knowledgeable about its use for developing both a vita and an annual report.
