Please note that in some cases we may not be able to scan due to the fragile condition of a book, page or image. The condition of the item is determined by staff.
Items are scanned at 300 PPI unless otherwise specified on your order form.
Delivery through email and RowdySpace is available in most cases. Patrons may provide their own storage media (CD, DVD or USB flash drive); otherwise, media will be provided.
The reproduction and use fees charged by Special Collections are dedicated to the ongoing access and preservation of its holdings.
Fees
Digital scan (300 ppi) - $25.00 per image
Digital scan (600+ ppi) - $35.00 per image for first 10; thereafter $50 per image
Payment
Contact Special Collections staff to obtain the total charges for the services you are requesting. Payment must be received before services are delivered.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Checks (made payable to UTSA Libraries)
- Money orders
- Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express)
Special Collections does not accept cash under any circumstances.
