Permission to Publish
Publishing or reproducing materials from Special Collections requires the submission of an Application for Permission to Publish [PDF].
Commercial use additionally requires the payment of a Commercial Use Fee. There is no publication fee for non-commerical uses, with the exception of web use, where a reduced fee is charged. However, for all uses, an application for permission to publish is required.
Citing Materials
Proper citations to Special Collections archival materials must be given: [Identification of item], Title of collection, Call #, University of Texas at San Antonio Libraries Special Collections.

The reproduction and use fees charged by Special Collections are dedicated to the ongoing access and preservation of its holdings.
