- Using the Library QuickSearch to research a topic.
- Accessing databases, e-journals and e-books.
- Confirming library holdings and locations for materials in bibliographies.
- Reading call numbers.
- Oral or written directions to help you locate library materials.
- Retrieving library materials from the shelf and delivering them to the Front Desk for pickup.
- Referring you to a subject librarian for in-depth consultations.
