Laptops and Computer Accessories

	Laptop Computers JPL (42), DTL (8) Due to the latest wireless technology in our new laptop computers, Air Rowdy connections are faster and better than ever before! Laptops are equipped with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Real Player. They do not have optical (DVD/CD) drives. Please review our Laptop Computer Borrowing Policy for more information.

	Mouses JPL, DTL A mouse may be checked out to use with your personal laptop or with a UTSA Libraries laptop.

	Dell Laptop Adapters JPL A laptop adapter is included with laptop checkout. In addition, a 90 watt adapter--for Dell laptops only--may be checked out individually to use with your personal laptop.

	VGA Adapters for MacBook JPL The library has several types of VGA Adapters for Mac laptops: DVI to VGA Display Adapter Macbook Air Micro-DVI to VGA Adapter Mini-DVI to VGA Mini Display Port to VGA

	MacBook Power Adapter JPL A MacBook Power Adapter may be checked out to use with your personal laptop.

	Headphones JPL, DTL Various types of stereo and standard headphones are available for checkout.

	Microphone Headsets *JPL* Plantronics Microphone Headsets can be used to speak and/or listen when plugged into a PC or Mac.

	USB Drives JPL Use SanDisk 8 GB USB drives to store and transfer your data.

	Memory Card Readers JPL The Elago memory card reader/writer can be used to access and transfer data between a PC or Mac and mobile devices.

	Voice Recorder JPL This Sony Digital Voice Recorder Kit works with a computer (software included) to make and transcribe voice recordings.
