VR Studio Policies
UTSA Virtual Reality Studio services are available to all students, faculty, and staff. Users with any experience levels are welcome to reserve the space. Initial orientation to the equipment and software will be provided for first-time users, and additional assistance can be provided upon request for anyone who would like more training or support.
For assistance with the VR Studio and equipment, please contact the Blue Crew at the JPL Front Desk.
Availability:
The VR studio will be available Sunday-Thursday from 10am-12am, and Friday-Saturday from 9am-9pm.
Please visit the JPL Front Desk to obtain the room key for access. If this is your first visit, you will need to complete a 5-10 minute training to learn about care of the equipment and safety in the space.
Reservation process:
When you arrive for your reservation, please check in with the JPL Front Desk.
Restrictions:
- Studio space limited to 4 persons at one time.
- Reservations limited to 2 hours per day per person or group.
- No one under the age of thirteen permitted to use the VR Studio equipment.
- No food, please. Drinks only allowed with lids.
