Profile
Carolyn joined the UTSA Libraries in January 2012, providing her expertise in the areas of project management, web-based services design, usability testing in support of creating a cohesive and student-driven online experience. She manages technology projects, helps design and test Library web-based products and services, in addition to looking at new online services. Currently she coordinates online efforts to address Library users’ changing needs.
Her professional interests include user experience design, usability testing and website accessibility.
Carolyn holds an M.L.S. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. from Trinity University.
