One form for all requests
Whether you need an item transported between our libraries, borrowed from another library, or just located online, use our Interlibrary Loan/Library Express Services portal to submit your request.
Get it delivered
We can find any library item you need. This service includes transporting books and media items between the John Peace Library on Main Campus and the Downtown Campus Library.
Get it from another library
If we don't have what you need, we'll see if we can borrow it for you from another library.
Picking up your requested items
Typically you'll hear back from us within two business days of making your request. Items that need to be borrowed or purchased will take a few days longer. If you've requested a book or article that's available online, we'll send it right to your email inbox. If it's a physical item, you can pick it up from any of our library locations, or, if you're a faculty member, we'll deliver it to your office.
