Carolyn joined the UTSA Libraries in January 2012, providing her expertise in the areas of web-based services design, usability testing and accessibility in support of creating a cohesive and student-driven online experience. She helps design and test Library web-based products and services, in addition to looking at new online services. Currently she coordinates online efforts to address Library users’ changing needs.
Her professional interests include user-centered design, usability testing and website accessibility.
