Profile
Melissa is responsible for providing high-level research and information assistance to patrons at the JPL Information Desk and through the Libraries’ chat service. She can assist patrons with general research needs, including assistance locating articles and books, help with citations, and basic library and campus information needs. Melissa also participates in Library student engagement activities.
