William oversees UTSA Libraries' online reference services (Chat With Us!). He also provides resources, instruction, and support to the Department of Music, assisting students and faculty with their research and teaching needs.
William has an M.L.I.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in Mass Media Communications and English Literature from Western State College of Colorado.
