Dr. Alexia Riggs, Director of the A. Frank Smith Library, has recently earned her Ed.D. from Texas A&M Commerce in addition to an M. Div. from Hardin-Simmons and an M.L.S. from the University of North Texas. Her research focus includes connecting libraries to institutional mission and collaborative engagement.
