“I plan to transit to a free textbook course for MS 1023 in Fall 2023. By doing so, students will no longer need to purchase the textbooks. Instead, they will use the textbook that the UTSA library provides for free. In the meantime, I will prepare all the homework, practice and exams by myself. Therefore, the students will no longer need to purchase Cengage access. This not only saves students money, but also makes the homework problems and exam questions more closely related to the course content. Moreover, students will also have an easier access to the course materials on the same learning platform.”
