"One of the main goals of education should be to reach as many people as possible. This has become much easier in the digital world where educators have greater flexibility and many more diverse routes to offer learning opportunities for students. My vision is that open education resources (OER) be the priority within the educational systems especially higher education.
"Most of the architecture students in our department work either part time or full time to support their life and education. Textbooks are expensive so if there is one thing we can do to help our students achieve their educational goal without having to work multiple jobs while in school, we should do it."
