Chef Geronimo Lopez, a Caracas native, has over 30 years of international culinary experience, including roles at luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Mexico, and the U.S. A graduate of the Hotel School of Beaune, he has led kitchens at Botika and the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio. Since 2017, he’s been a culinary ambassador for the city, promoting its food scene worldwide. A James Beard “America’s Taste Twenty” honoree, Chef Lopez now serves as Executive Chef for Emma Hospitality Group, where he develops new concepts and nurtures talent for the company’s growing portfolio.
