Born in Mexico City, Chef Sergio Remolina is a renowned consultant, restaurateur, and educator with extensive expertise in both traditional and contemporary Latin American cuisine. He founded Culinary Performance Consulting and Laurel Café and has held leadership positions at The Culinary Institute of America and Taco Cabana. Trained in France and Mexico, Remolina has advised hospitality businesses across North America. A member of L’Academie Culinaire de France since 2008, he has cooked and presented internationally and was the opening chef of Bocuse Restaurant in Hyde Park, NY. His work has earned him several awards, including two gold medals in New York City.
