A tribute to the deep connection between food and memories and inspired by recipes from the Mexican Cookbook Collection, diners will indulge in a 5-course meal prepared by award-winning chefs Sergio Remolina founder of Laurel Cafe; Juan Ramon Cardenas, owner of the esteemed Don Artemio restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas and Saltillo, Mexico; and Angel Garcia, chef and owner of Tamaulipas’ renowned El Porvenir seafood restaurant.
