Carlos oversees the Special Collections Reading Room at the UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures. He provides reference and research support to patrons, processes photograph orders, answers inquiries about copyright and licensing, does digitization for on-demand requests and university projects, and provides quality control over digitized items.
Carlos holds an M.A. in History from UTSA (2010) and a B.A. in History from UTSA (2007).
