Victor is responsible for physically processing library materials, providing metadata descriptions, and updating library holdings in Voyager, OCLC and other remote systems. He coordinates technical processing of government documents and works with shelf-ready processes.
He holds a B.A. in studio and fine arts from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi.
