Profile

William oversees UTSA Libraries' online reference services (Chat With Us!). He also provides resources, instruction, and support to the School of Music, as well as English as a Second Language (ESL) and International Studies programs, assisting students and faculty with their research and teaching needs.

William has an M.L.I.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in Mass Media Communications and English Literature from Western Colorado University. He taught ESL in Madrid for five years and co-founded the bilingual English-Spanish cultural journal Terra Incognita. He also served as Editor for Music in Gotham: The New York Scene 1862-1875, a NEH-awarded digital humanities project at CUNY Graduate Center in New York City.
