3/19—04/20Focus groups held with students and staff proved the space needed improvements in available lighting, technology and study space.
COVID-19 Pandemic
3/20 With campus operations moving to remote for most of 2020 and 2021, contractors begin work to take advantage of the lower traffic on campus.
Bright, Bold JPL Windows project begins
8—10/20Windows design firm selection and assessment begins.

6/21University-awarded funding for new windows.
Communication to campus stakeholders
2021—2022Libraries Vice Provost & University Librarian held meetings about the project with multiple campus leadership groups, including those with faculty representation. He has also met on multiple occasions with the Student Government Association. Additional discussions with academic departments are ongoing.
