We offer multiple service formats to accommodate different needs: PDFs for high-quality reference use, JPEGs optimized for web display, and TIFFs for professional publication.

Note: A higher DPI can be requested with a fee of $35 per item requested at a resolution higher than noted in this table.
Fees
Fees are subject to change without notice. Fees are waived for active UTSA students, faculty, staff or other UTSA departments.

*Flat fee includes baking time and 1 hour of footage
**Entire contents of items must be digitized. No partial digitization of materials.

Master Files in Long-Term Preservation
Audiovisual materials posted to our Digital Collection site are .mp4 access copies of the videos. Most of our master copies for audiovisual materials are not held locally and are stored in our long-term preservation storage through Chronopolis.
Retrieving master copies from our long-term preservation storage may incur additional fees and longer delivery times. If you are interested in getting a master copy of audiovisual materials available online, please contact us.
