Pizza and Research - Main Campus

UTSA Libraries hosts Dr. Langston Clark for his lecture, From Slavery to the Sidelines: A Socio-Historical Analysis of Black Athletes, as part of the popular Pizza + Research series. Dr. Clark will lead a discussion about the historical context for the role of Black athletes in contemporary social movements like Taking the Knee and Black Lives Matter.
