The heart of the Ven a Comer celebration, our Signature Dinner is a culinary tribute to the rich flavors, traditions, and stories of Mexican cuisine—this year inspired by the vibrant theme, La Frontera.
Set in the stunning surroundings of Stable Hall, this unforgettable evening features a curated menu by Pati Jinich, beloved chef, author, and cultural storyteller. The dinner will be brought to life by acclaimed chefs Sergio Remolina (Laurel Café) and Geronimo Lopez (Hotel Emma), who will craft a multi-course dining experience that honors the bold and complex culinary heritage of the borderlands.
As emcee, Pati Jinich will guide guests through the evening with her signature warmth, insight, and storytelling—connecting each dish to its roots in history, place, and culture.
